December 2023: What’s New at Kentik?

The year might be coming to a close, but we still have a few exciting pieces of Kentik news to share with you before we officially hit 2024.

In case you missed it last month, this short and sweet series covers some of the best, brightest, and most interesting things to happen at Kentik in any given month. So, without further ado, what’s new at Kentik?

Kentik Cloud rolls out OCI observability

2023 has been quite the banner year for Kentik Cloud. First, we rolled out complete observability for AWS and GCP, followed shortly by Azure, and then we launched Kentik Kube for Kubernetes. Now, we’re excited to share that we’ve added Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) observability to the list.

Network and cloud teams can now use Kentik Cloud to gain network insight into OCI workloads, allowing them to map, query, and visualize OCI, hybrid, and multi-cloud traffic and performance – enabling them to truly see all critical cloud workloads in one place!

Kentik media observability

Kentik’s CEO, Avi Freedman, recently sat down with Code Story to share how he got his start in networking, how Kentik came to be, and even a little about his professional poker-playing career. Tune in to listen to the entire podcast here.
