Avi Freedman, Co-founder, CEO, Kentik

Avi has decades of experience as a leading technologist and executive in networking. He was with Akamai for over a decade, as VP network infrastructure and then chief network scientist. Prior to that, Avi started Philadelphia’s first ISP (netaxs) in 1992, later running the network at AboveNet and serving as CTO for ServerCentral.

Gab Menachem, VP of Product, ITOM, ServiceNow

Gab leads IT operations management (ITOM) products (including ITOM Visibility, AIOps, Cloud Solutions, and ITOM Agentic Workflows) at ServiceNow. He has more than 20 years of technology innovation and entrepreneurial experience. Previously, Gab was CEO of Loom Systems, an AIOps company specializing in predicting and automating IT incident resolution.

Danica Shei, Product Director, ServiceNow

Danica is a product director at ServiceNow, focused on building AI agents that connect actionable insights across siloed systems to transform alert triage and investigation in IT operations. She brings deep experience in observability and IT operations management, and resides in San Francisco.

Steve Meuse, Solutions Architect, Kentik

Steve is a solutions architect for Kentik. He has 30 years of service provider and enterprise networking experience, having worked for companies such as BBN, Level(3), and Comcast. Steve is an active member of the internet operations community and serves on the NANOG program committee.
