DDoS attacks against Russian websites

On 24 Feb 2022, we reported seeing DDoS attacks prominent websites of Russian banks and government agencies.

The websites of Sberbank and Alfabank became targets of DDoS attacks as well as the website of the Kremlin which is hosted by AS8291 (Russia State Internet Network).

These attacks were covered in an article by the Associated Press entitled, Cyberattacks accompany Russian military assault on Ukraine.
